Nawabi Khana - £8.95
The most complex of all great curries. Comprises twenty one ingredients each roasted individually prior to being grained, this lends a deep rich brown colour to this mouth watering chicken dish. (Bet you never tasted anything like this before in the UK)

Chicken cooked with garlic, ginger, cashew nuts and poppy seeds. Served in a mild creamy sauce.

Panch Rangia Lamb or Chicken - £7.95
speciality from hydrabad. Diced pieces of lamb/chicken marinated and cooked in tantalising mixed pickles maslha laced with fresh green chilli and fresh coriander (fairly hot).

Garlic Chilli Chicken - £7.95
Grilled chicken cooked with fresh garlic, cream, chilli and fresh herbs in a thick sauce.

Chicken Jalfrezi - £7.95 Diced chicken marinated in vinegar, fresh lemon juice, onion and fresh green chilli.

Diced chicken delicately spiced. Garnished with fresh fried tomato and capsicum.

Afgani Lamb/Chicken - £8.95
A classical Afganistani dish comprising of lamb or chicken which considering the expense and efforts involved is normally cooked only for royalty – cooked very gently in a rich sauce with finely chopped spring onion and served with topped tomatoes and cucumber.

Multani Lamb/Chicken - £8.95
Lamb or chicken cooked in a lightly spiced sauce with a variety of fresh herbs and spices, fresh tomatoes and plain yoghurt. Very highly recommended (not hot)..

Murghi Sag - £8.95
A wonderful dish cooked with chicken and spinach. The spices are freshly selected by the chef (medium hot).

King Prawn Bengun - £9.95
King prawn cooked with garlic, dry flaked chilli, fenugreek leaves, kidney beans and aubergines. Highly recommended.

Murghi Popeto - £7.95
Typical parsee style curry simmered with lemon and chunks of potatoes, consisting coriander, onions, garlic amongst a host of other ingredients put into this dish. Medium to hot.

Fish Karahi - £8.95
Chunks of cod cooked with fried onions, green pepper and coriander amongst a host of other flavours to make this fish dish.

Machli Bhor - £7.95
Sardines in tomatoes cooked with a selection of spices, garlic, coriander, onions and kidney beans. This has a wonderful tangy taste.

Viceroy Balti Dishes
Baltistan, the home of the Balti dish, is the northernmost area in Pakistan. In recent times Balti curries have become extremely popular in Pakistan and Balti houses have opened throughout the country.
It is prepared with special fresh herbs and spices in a thick sauce and served with fresh coriander in a Balti (medium hot).
