Pitches are booked from 1pm on the day of arrival until 12 noon on day of departure unless
otherwise arranged.

A deposit of £30.00 is required for EACH PITCH (£50.00 for BH Booking)

All bookings should be paid for in full at least 24 hours prior to arrival

10% Discount on the 7+ night stay

Minimum 3 nights stay during Bank Holidays

Gazebos are not permitted

We do not accept group or single night bookings

Maximum 6 persons per pitch

  • 5 Stars Just had a 3 day break there from the 15th Aug. this site is great for kids mine are 5 and 10 there are a mixture of ages on site so this was great for my kids never saw them much out playing all the time a the two parks on site, felt they were very safe there and did not have to worry much, which is half the battle, shower rooms were great my 5 year old loved the little bath wish I could have getting in after a whole day at lightwater vally, would deffo go back loved it, as other people said book in the barn if you want anything to eat as you cannot get in and ripon is at least 10 15 mins up the road, word of advice wish some1 had put this on for us just b4 you get there on the long wyndy roads and you sat nav tells you to go right down a very very small looking road dont very narrow if you have caravan that is,just keep going and follow the sign for woodhouse farm. We got stuck there for a while with on coming cars and a steep hill at the other side AThe Storeys, Newcastle

  • 5 Stars We visited this site the week before Easter 2008 for the first time. We had our son and daughter in law with us along with our toddler grandson. The owners of the site could not have been more helpful and we were invited to feed some new born lambs! Our "kids" were so impressed we had to book again for the end of October! The pub on site is fab too with great food and a lovley Dales feel about it. Loads of room to fly the kite, wind permitting and the fishing lakes looked good. Peter & Pat
